Three Dollar Quill

Well, I did end up developing a different idea for how to handle the tree, of saying "well, let's build up the tree structure without the node data making any reference to it". There are probably a few rough edges that I'll hit later on, but I've managed to get it to output the XML for a blank document, which should be enough for everything else to fall into place from the documentation.

I'll see about making it do something actually interesting later, but for now I would like to wind down so I hopefully don't end up sleeping in quite so much tomorrow morning.
