Three Dollar Quill

Okay, I've got a bunch of diacritics implemented. At this point, I'm missing tones and contours, and general superscripts. I don't need those for Tsetatsatal, so when I pick things back up, I'm going to work on the chart stuff. First laying the groundwork with some helper code, then making the consonant and vowel charts for Tsetatsatal.

I'm kind of out of it after putting those diacritics together, so I'm going to wrap things up for now and get ready for bed.
