Three Dollar Quill

Okay. So. I've been poking around at this idea, and it feels like it could work. However, I don't have the patience to grind through anything more than the very basic concepts, and that means I don't have a grasp on some very important concepts. In order to get a feel for them, I'm tossing together another bit of code to model their interactions. I could just dive into coding up implementations of the stuff that I trust I have a handle on, but I'd rather do things "right", and in this context that means taking things slow and figuring out how to effectively communicate what I do know. Either way, it's late now, and I should wind down and get to bed.
