Three Dollar Quill

The first test I ported now gets more done before it fails, but I'm still working out how things actually get initialized.

I'm in the middle of working out how the initial StoryState gets assembled, and I'm pretty confident that StoryState.rootContentContainer will always be null. I've figured out, I think, what happens to get the pointer to have the correct value, and I'll try to trace all of the relevant logic later.

I'm too sleepy now.
