I messed up my posture like two days in a row, and now I have to stand as straight and tall as I can, or the pain hits. I hate this.
I am holding a cold pack on my chest to see if it does anything. I really can't tell, although I am feeling more conscious of what my neck is doing at any given moment. Status update: still hate this.
Ugh, I wanted to be reviewing the design and design changes for the task runner, but I'm busy trying to make my body stop messing with me so I can get to sleep in a few hours.
I think the only thing I really can do right now is lie down and read for a while, so I guess I'll do that instead of forcing myself to use the computer.
