All right, I'm not at the point where there's no business logic in the top-level module, but I've gotten closer to that, and I've started implementing some of the "envelope" concepts that I sketched out yesterday. The main obstacle there is that I'm not sure what the interface should look like for "a point, an x coordinate, and two slopes" as an input. Or is that perhaps "an x interval, a y coordinate, and two slopes"?

Either way, I should probably check that my manual test code can be updated to deal with the new stuff I've thrown together.

For right now, though, it's late and I'm tired, and I actually forgot that I hadn't written all of this, and had to put it together in the space of ten minutes or so.

I haven't thought of anything else to say, so I'm going to call it here.
