Three Dollar Quill

I was very out of it today, so I tried to take things easy and then do some constrained work. On the side of stuff I'm currently talking about, I laid out a set of things I want in each of the small repos I'm planning to write, and picked out a few repos that look like reasonable starting points.

I didn't actually start anything, because my brain has been fried all day. I should sleep.
