Three Dollar Quill

I've been messing with those code blocks from last time, and refining them. I'm feeling pretty good about the state of the code, but it's only going to come together once I start making actual constraints, to replace the minimal stub I've created.

Otherwise, I haven't thought too hard about this, because, again, Gentoo Rescue.

At this point, it's late and I need to get ready for bed.
