Three Dollar Quill

I didn't touch any code. Instead, I spent some time filling in details about the inhabited worlds in the sector. I'm not done filling things in, and I'll probably need to reconcile a few details and possibly tweak some things to make sure that the topology of the sector is still right.

Once I make some progress, I'm going to try to get the deserialization code together, but first I want to have all of the fields present, if not properly filled-in.

Right now, I want to veg out and watch videos.
