Three Dollar Quill

I futzed around with tooling a bunch today. I think I need to get back to writing in order to try this software out.

One thing I'm going to need to consider, as I look over this and think about doing Python development again, is whether I'm going to be comfortable with an existing task runner, or if I'm going to end up trying to revive MOTR, which may need some help to get running with the new stack.

Oh well, I tried to come up with much more to say, and I didn't. We'll see how I feel about all of this later.
