Three Dollar Quill

I now understand Kakoune a little better, but I'm still doing something wrong, but, like, just exactly wrong enough that it seems to work perfectly when I paste the commands in, but fail when I run the command that eventually invokes them. I haven't made sense of that yet; I'll formulate a question for IRC eventually.

Aside from that, I'm pondering reworking my Python setup; I have some ideas, but I need to do more research and go over exactly what my requirements are. Regardless, I don't have it in me to write anything else now.
