Having leveling break sometimes wasn't nice at all.

I ran into 'Your battle skills grow stronger! You reached level {0}'.format(player.level.current_level) + '!' and I frankly don't know how to process that.
I'm not pair programming this, but maybe I should get a rubber duck.
I woke up this morning super-tired. Then things got worse.
The code type-checks, surely that's good enough! (Real talk: I'll have to be very lucky to get this code to work when I finally fire it up.)
