Three Dollar Quill

I started working on a notebook for testing this stuff out. I got a few helper functions written:

• Resize images to fit on the thermal paper
• Linearize a channel
• De-linearize a channel
• Given an image, convert it to a linear grayscale image

This all looks like a proper baseline to be testing this stuff out, and I'll try to get on that tomorrow. For now, I'm going to take things easy.
