Three Dollar Quill

I got all of the tests I disabled updated and enabled, so now coverage is in a much better place. I just want to make some minor organizational changes, and then I'll be ready to start hacking on the Mythic rules and work on designing the last major callback I need to define.

Basically, some of Mythic's rolls cause changes to the numbers I want the virtual tabletop to track, which means I'm going to have to figure out how to express and return changes to the state.

I don't think I'll get anywhere with that tonight, so I'm going to wrap up for now.
